1 - The price list indicated overleaf are applicable from 1.1.2012; these tarifs can be changed without prior warning. The price will be fixed from the moment that a reservation is made.

2 - All renting of accommodation is for the persons named in the booking form and can under no circumstances be transferred or sub-let.

3 - The booking of your accommodation or placement only comes into effect with our agreement and from the moment that the contract has been received with a DEPOSIT in the form of a cheque (made payable to SARL LE CHAMADOU) or credit card payment; (any bank charges incurred remain the responsibility of the client).

4 - The balance of the total cost of chalet hire is payable 30 days before the date of arrival. The balance of the total cost of renting an emplacement is payable in full on the day of arrival.

5 - In the case of non-communication of a late arrival or a change of arrival date the Management of the Chamadou reserves the right to redispose the emplacement / the chalet whilst the balance will still remain payable in full. Messages left on the answerphone will not be accepted.

6 - The exact emplacement will be decided upon by the Management and offered on the day of arrival; no guarantee can be given for a particular emplacement when dates have been changed. By ‘emplacement’ we mean an electricity point , a maximum of 5 people, a vehicle, ‘taxe de séjour.’
The emplacements are from 12.00pm – 12.00pm
Chalet hire: In the case of a late arrival or early departure no part of the fee will be reimbursed.

7 - The day of arrival the emplacement will be available from 13 am and should be occupied at the latest by 20h00. Chalets will be available from 15h00 and should be occupied by 20h00 at the latest.

8 - In case of cancellation the following charges will be made :

• The service charge
• Cancellation charges :
  • an amount equivalent to the deposit , 25% of total amount due or 80 euros for an emplacement if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival date
  • an amount equivalent to the total cost of booking if you cancel less than 31 days before the planned date of arrival or if you do not arrive on the agreed day

9 - A cancellation insurance can be underwritten into your contract of hire :

• 15.00  € / per week for chalets
• 10.00 € / for emplacements / stays of less than 4 weeks

This insurance will reimburse the cancellation charges noted above according to the conditions stated in the contract (conditions of cancellation MMA PALLAS enclosed)

10 - All campers are obliged to conform to all the rules and regulations of the Chamadou. The Privas tribunal alone can deal with liitigation.

11 - The day of your departure the emplacement must be available by 12.00h at the latest. A charge for an extra night will be levied if you have not vacated by the said time.

12 - It remains the responsibility of the camper to take out adequate insurance; The Chamadou does not accept any responsibility for theft, fire, bad weather etc ...

13 - Caution: For all accommodation a caution of 200.00 euros will be required at the beginning of your stay.This will be returned to you on your departure provided that a satisfactory inventory and inspection of the property has been carried out by the Management. In the case of a lack of cleanliness a cleaning charge of 45 euros will be levied.
